Edward George London uses the details and photographs you provide to assess your listing, respond to your enquiry and fulfil your film commission. For questions about your information, contact hello@edwardgeorgelondon.com.

What We Receive

Your name, email address, phone number, listing link, selected film, photographs and any custom requirements you provide. When you share a public listing, we try to retrieve its photographs. You can upload your photographs when your listing is not live or retrieval is unsuccessful. Please avoid sharing passwords, private access links or sensitive personal information.

How Your Details Are Used

We use your information to respond to your request, check whether enough photographs are available, process your order and deliver the services you commission. For enquiries made on your own behalf, this supports steps you request before a contract and the performance of a resulting commission. For business contacts, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries and managing the requested services.

Our Service Providers

Cloudflare serves the Studio website. Hostinger runs the processing service and our n8n retrieval fallback. Supabase stores photographs and order details in private storage. Stripe hosts secure checkout and processes payments. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and do not pass through our enquiry form. Resend delivers the enquiry and order emails to you and our studio. These providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under their applicable data protection arrangements. Request metadata may be used to protect the service from abuse.

Saved Answers In Your Browser

Your answers are saved in session storage in this browser tab so you can return to the form, including after cancelling checkout. Saved answers are cleared after a successful submission or when the browser session ends. A browser that restores previous tabs may also restore that session.

How Long We Keep Details

We keep enquiry information, photographs and order records for as long as needed to respond, manage your project and meet applicable record keeping obligations. We review information against those purposes. Our service providers also maintain service and security records under their own retention arrangements.

Your Choices And Rights

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to use of your information, and portability where it applies. Contact hello@edwardgeorgelondon.com. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
