How Do We Know It Is Worth The Investment For Our Development?
Your aim is to turn interest into registrations, sales conversations and, ultimately, reservations. The film helps buyers picture the homes and setting as they decide whether to enquire or arrange an appointment. It gives your sales team a distinctive introduction for launch campaigns and personal follow ups, with the creative production handled for you.
How Many Images Do We Need Of Our Development?
For each development, we require at least 8 clear, distinct approved landscape images for a 30 second film. A 60 second film requires at least 12.
For best results, upload your highest resolution photographs or approved renders. Photographs, architectural renders or both are welcome. Include architecture, selected interiors and the setting appropriate to your project stage. We select the views that best serve your film.
Can We Commission It Before The Development Is Built?
Yes. We can work from approved renders, photography or a combination of both. We agree which views to feature and how proposed spaces are identified, so the film reflects the project stage you are marketing. New architectural visualisations are outside the standard film package.
Can You Help If We Do Not Have Imagery Yet?
Yes. We can create imagery for your development through a custom commission. Tell us about the project, its current stage and the views you would like to show. We’ll agree the scope, price and delivery timing before work begins.
Imagery creation is quoted separately from our 30 and 60 second film options.
Will You Change Or Invent Details In Our Approved Design?
Your approved imagery remains our reference throughout production. We plan movement around the supplied views and review the complete film against your design, finishes and project details. Proposed spaces retain their agreed labels, and identified production issues are corrected before delivery. Any missing views are confirmed with your team before production.
What Happens If Our Specification Changes?
The film is created from an agreed set of approved imagery. If layouts, finishes or specifications change, we confirm the effect on the work, price and delivery window before producing an updated version. A new design is separate from correcting the agreed brief.
How Much Time Will Our Sales And Design Teams Need To Give?
Your team’s part is straightforward. Share current approved photographs or renders, project details and brand guidance, with one contact to agree the brief and bring feedback together. We handle the creative direction, editing, sound and complete film review, keeping production manageable alongside your team’s launch commitments.
Will One Film Cover The Whole Development?
The standard option covers one development, one stage and one launch story within the chosen length. We agree the selected views before production. Multiple unit films, launch collections, additional languages and other versions are custom work, with scope and cost confirmed separately.
How Will The Film Fit Into Our Sales Campaign?
Your sales team can use the downloadable film on the project website, in launch marketing and in personal follow ups with interested buyers. The agreed project identity, labels for proposed spaces and sales contact are included. Additional formats are quoted separately. Complimentary sharing with Edward George’s international audience is optional and requires your approval.
Can You Meet Our Launch Date?
Our target is two days from complete approved imagery, an agreed brief and payment for one development story. Share your launch date and approval requirements. We confirm your delivery window before production; larger collections are scheduled separately.
What If We Are Not Happy With The Finished Film?
Our priority is a creative asset your team feels confident using to introduce your development, and a smooth experience from brief to delivery. Our experience in image and video creation guides the direction and review of every film.
Send your team’s agreed refinements in one response. Silver includes one revision and Gold includes two, with timing agreed before we begin. Corrections to the agreed brief do not use those revisions; additional work is agreed separately.
