How Do We Know It Is Worth The Investment For Yacht Marketing?
For a sale, the aim is to attract qualified buyer enquiries and encourage a viewing. For charter, it is to help prospective guests picture time on board and take the next step towards a booking. We shape the film around your chosen purpose, bringing the yacht’s decks, interiors and defining details together in an introduction you can share with interested prospects.
Can One Film Work For Both A Sale And A Charter?
The standard film has one agreed purpose, because buyers and charter guests may need a different story and enquiry contact. We can quote a separate version for the second purpose, with its scope, closing details and cost agreed before production.
Our Photography Predates A Refit. Can You Still Use It?
We need imagery that represents the yacht as it is being offered. Share what you have and identify the changes; we review the material and confirm which current views are needed before production. The film does not invent a refit or update features that the photographs cannot show.
How Will You Avoid Distorting The Decks Or Interiors?
We plan the movement around your current photographs, with particular care for deck lines, railings, fittings and interior proportions. We review the complete film against those views and the approved yacht details, correcting identified production issues and checking the result again before delivery.
Can We Keep The Yacht And Film Private?
Yes. You choose whether to use the film privately with selected prospects or in public marketing. Tell us about confidentiality and any restrictions on the supplied imagery when you share your brief. Complimentary sharing with Edward George’s international audience takes place only with your approval.
How Can We Use The Finished Film?
You receive your downloadable film as a creative asset for the yacht’s sales or charter marketing. You or your team can share it through your own channels and directly with prospective buyers or charter clients. Additional formats, languages or versions are quoted separately.
How Many Photographs Do You Need Of The Yacht?
For each yacht, we require at least 8 clear, distinct landscape photographs for a 30 second film. A 60 second film requires at least 12.
For best results, upload your highest resolution photography. Include current views of the decks, cabins, social spaces and defining details relevant to your sale or charter story. We select the views that best serve your film.
How Much Involvement Will You Need From The Owner Or Crew?
Your part is straightforward. Share current approved photographs, the sales or charter purpose and the details prospects should notice. One contact agrees the brief and brings the owner’s or broker’s feedback together. We handle the creative production and complete film review, with no onboard filming visit or time at sea to arrange.
Will It Be Ready For Our Listing Or Charter Campaign?
Our target is two days from complete current imagery, an agreed brief and payment for one sales or charter story. Share your intended publication date and any restrictions. We confirm your delivery window before production.
What If The Owner Or Broker Is Not Happy With The Film?
Our priority is a creative asset you feel confident using to represent your yacht, and a smooth experience from brief to delivery. Our experience in image and video creation guides the direction and review of every film.
Send the owner’s and broker’s agreed refinements in one response. Silver includes one revision and Gold includes two, with timing agreed before we begin. Corrections to the agreed brief do not use those revisions; additional work is agreed separately.
