How Do We Know It Is Worth The Investment For Our Event Venue?
Your aim is to turn interest in your venue into suitable enquiries, visits and bookings. The film helps prospective clients picture their occasion in your setting, connecting the arrival, event spaces and defining details before they decide to visit. It gives your team a distinctive introduction to share as clients shortlist venues and ask about dates, shaped around the occasion you want to attract.
Will One Film Speak To Both Wedding And Corporate Clients?
Each standard film is shaped around one agreed event audience, so the story reflects the clients you want to attract. Separate wedding and corporate versions, or a wider collection, are quoted around your venue and brief. We agree that scope before production.
Will The Film Stay True To Our Venue And Its Event Settings?
Your photographs and approved venue details guide the film. Where imagery features a styled setting, we agree how it is described so clients can distinguish the venue from event styling. We review the complete film against those views and details, checking for invented features or misleading changes and correcting identified production issues before delivery.
Can We Use Photographs From Previous Events?
Yes, provided you have permission to use them in the film. Share any restrictions from the photographer or other contributors, including those relating to identifiable guests, when you send the images. We use the photographs you approve for the commission. Any complimentary sharing with Edward George’s international audience also requires your approval.
How Many Photographs Do We Need Of Our Event Venue?
For each event venue, we require at least 8 clear, distinct landscape photographs for a 30 second film. A 60 second film requires at least 12.
For best results, upload your highest resolution photography. Include the arrival, principal event spaces, outdoor areas where relevant and details suited to your chosen event audience. We select the views that best serve your film.
Will Production Disrupt Our Bookings Or Create More Work For The Team?
There is no filming visit to fit around your bookings. Share your strongest original photographs, the occasion you want to feature and your enquiry contact, with one person to agree the brief and bring feedback together. We handle the creative direction, editing, sound and complete film review, keeping production manageable alongside your team’s events.
Where Can We Use The Film, And Will Other Formats Cost Extra?
You receive your downloadable film as a creative asset for your event venue’s marketing and advertising. Your team chooses where to publish and share it. Vertical edits, additional event audiences and other versions are quoted separately. Complimentary sharing with Edward George’s international audience is optional and requires your approval.
Can It Be Ready For Our Open Day Or Marketing Campaign?
Our target is two days from complete imagery, an agreed brief and payment for one event venue and audience. Tell us the date you have in mind. We confirm your delivery window before production so your team can plan when to share the film.
What If We Are Not Happy With The Finished Film?
Our priority is a creative asset you feel confident using to introduce your event venue, and a smooth experience from brief to delivery. Our experience in image and video creation guides the direction and review of every film.
Send your team’s agreed refinements in one response. Silver includes one revision and Gold includes two, with timing agreed before we begin. Corrections to the agreed brief do not use those revisions; additional work is agreed separately.
